“Laugh and stay positive “
Laughter is a feel good factor for human beings so it have something to do with being positive and overcoming stress. Scientific researches proved that laughter have the power to increase muscle flexibly, lower blood pressure, reduce stress hormones, and boost immune function by raising levels of infection fighting T-cells, disease fighting proteins called Gamma-interferon and B-cells, which produce disease-destroying antibodies. Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers, and produces a general sense of well-being.
There are many ways to trigger laughter seeing a funny movie or a tv commedy show will do ( beaing the craziest fan of Mr Bean I keep myslef happy by watching his shows ), according to me it will be good to start your day watching a commedy show because laughter got the magic to transmitt positive enegry it you and will make your day beautifull. Beaing in the company of funny friends can also make you healthy. There are lot of socities around the world that promotes laughter tearaphy and laughter yoga.
